You will continue your adventure in San Pedro la Laguna, a vibrant backpacker’s town where you can enjoy a tasty dish and have some of the best coffee and chocolate beans in the area. Your day ends in Santiago Atitlan which is home to Maximon, a locally know protector and icon of Guatemalan religious syncretism, and a perfect example of how local and western cultures have fuzed to create their own unique culture.
