* Maximum waiting time at pick up, 15 -20 min

* Pick up some times, may delay but no more than 20 minutes 

* Selina will not be responsible for damage or loss of any personal item left unattended by the customer.

* Selina can not be responsible for schedules changes or delay problems with the Shuttle  or flight services.

*In case of loss or damage of a rental item, the consumer should pay for the repair or the whole price of the item rented.

*Selina will not be responsible for any change or cancellation beyonds control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or public demonstrations.

* If the client can not take the activity already booked and cancels it 48 hours before activity starts the client can have a 50% refund. If the client cancels before 24 hours.

* Selina won't be able to process any refund.
